FAQs

How long does my free access last for?

We’re offering 30 days free access to our new product suite.

Do I need to add card details?

No – as an Alpha Access user you can create an account without adding any payment details!

Can I send emails using my company email domain?

Unfortunately not as an Alpha Access user. This functionality will be available in the full product next year but for now you can create free email addresses such as help@mybrand.gnatta.com to communicate with your customers.

Is telephony included?

Telephony isn’t included as an Alpha Access user, but will be included in the full product being launched next year!

Is there any small print I should be aware of?

Yes – but it’s very simple!

As a free Alpha Access user we reserve the right to remove this promotion at any time. Of course, we don’t envision this happening but we know you’ll understand that as an alpha release we may need to make ongoing changes that necessitate removing user access.
