Gnatta began life in 2012 when our founder was studying at university. Whilst struggling to deal with social customer queries as part of some work experience he thought of a better way...

Today, we’ve grown into a team that works with companies all over the world, but we’re still the same at heart. We have more people, more space, and more clients but we retain our founding purpose, to help businesses and customers talk more easily to each other.
