Gnatta began life in 2012 when our founder was studying at university. He was dealing with social customer queries during his work experience, and found the volume a struggle. So, he thought of a better way.

What started out as a social media product, bringing customers and brands closer together, quickly grew into a full suite of software. Our team is a bit bigger, our clients have grown, and we may have a few more dogs in the office; but our commitment to our founding principles is exactly the same. Now we work across all digital channels (and some offline ones too) to make customer engagement as easy as it should be.
