Our Fair Use Policy

The following fair use policy applies to all users of Gnatta products.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a quality, reliable service, Gnatta has a Fair Use Policy (“FUP”) for its Services.

Gnatta offers a multi-tenant service. That means our Services are used by numerous clients on a single infrastructure, and it is our duty to ensure that one client does not affect the experience for others. Gnatta is committed to providing a simple and transparent subscription model that doesn’t include onerous volume-based pricing and limitations. As a result of this, we must trust our clients and ensure they are not unfairly impacting the use of the Services for others.

Usage of Gnatta Services is monitored on a continuous basis. In the event we see consistently high, or out of the ordinary usage of our shared network and infrastructural capacity, Gnatta reserves the right to cease these operations wherever it sees fit. Clients will always be notified of any changes Gnatta makes in these circumstances, but these may be after Gnatta has made these changes. These include, but are not limited to the excessive use of:

  • Workflows
  • API usage
  • Excessive automated actions
  • File and data storage
  • Internal and external network traffic
  • Interactions created

In the event you expect higher than normal usage of the Services, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible. Gnatta will only intervene where absolutely necessary, and with due notice you can reduce the chance of this happening.

This FUP may be updated from time to time. The latest version of the document will be made available on this page.
